Shipping

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight and size. Our products will be shipped via our delivery partners Australia Post or Sendle.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date. Tracking information will be provided for every order. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way.

International Shipping:

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.

Please note that due to COVID-19 there are some delays in transit, we appreciate your patience. We are not responsible for delays in shipping after the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns

We do not offer returns on purchases due to the nature of our products. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will need to return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving them and provide photo evidence as proof of damage.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Sip Co. is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. Once order has been sent out and tracking is received, it is between the shipping carrier and customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
